Sure, we can head to our local theatre to watch movies today, but for a long time, the industry paused. I put together a collection of favorites that will bring you 'back to school' with the whirlwind of emotions that we feel at times. You will find yourself as the teacher, student, and colleague. In the end, we find ourselves as the key contributor to the "movie" that we create this year--how we build our relationships, deliver the standards, and stay together becomes the legacy that we create. Wow! I am usually a man of many words, but I am speechless. In reality, I am still trying to get my voice back. There is something special about Chardon that you cannot describe--you experience Chardon. Our culture, climate, and focus on the simple things in life allow us to transcend all barriers as Hilltoppers. As a principal, I couldn't be more ecstatic. As a life-long Hilltopper, generations of people from across the nation came together to celebrate our town and our city. As a parent and community member, all you can do is smile. My wife and I were present for the first one in '94, and celebrated the second one with our children---in the craziest year in all of our lives known as 2020---and can't wait to celebrate many more titles from all of our teams during my time at CHS.
