Jackson Tyler Condon
July 2, 1999 - June 7, 2017
Jackson Tyler Condon, age 17 of Chardon, Ohio born July 2, 1999 in Atlanta, GA passed away on June 7, 2017 at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a 2017 graduate of Chardon High School.
Forever and always,
Jackson once said, “I always want everyone to know that if they ever need something, I’m someone they can always come to for help.”
This represents everything Jackson stood for in his life. He put everyone in front of himself in everything he did. Jackson was voted by his classmates for the leadership award and it is safe to say that it was well deserved. He was involved in a wide variety of activities at Chardon and was loved by the whole community. You could see him at any sporting event, near or far, as well as King Kone, the local ice cream shop.
Some things he was active in were, The Say Something Program, Senior Mentoring, Drug Awareness Program, numerous Leadership Camps, Golf, Track, AC4P (Actively Caring for People), Baseball and many more. Not only was he an active participant, he held numerous leadership positions.
Jackson was very motivational and you could always count on him to brighten your day. With a big smile and a goofy personality, he was the type of guy who would light up a room. His positive energy drew many in, creating friendships that could never be broken. His enthusiasm and love for life will be missed by all.
He is survived by his mom; Monique (nee: Zarindast) Condon, father; Ronald Condon and sister; Catherine Condon of Chardon, OH;
